Soulful melodies, soaring voices and pulsating beats—all can be savored at the 45th annual Cathedral Park Jazz Festival the weekend of July 18–20.
The party is the longest-running free annual jazz festival west of the Mississippi River and Portland’s oldest music event. The Jazz Society of Oregon sponsors the yearly concert on the grassy slopes of Cathedral Park beneath the majestic St. Johns Bridge.
This year’s musical lineup includes many locally and nationally known musicians and will feature live jazz with touches of blues, soul and Latin beats.
